焼きそば＋お好み焼き＝モダン焼き~Modern grilled~

広島で有名ですが、「焼きそば」の上に
「お好み焼き」を乗せた物がモダン焼き。
昭和後期に近代的な食べ物となったことから
この名前になったとか…
マヨネーズと鰹節を沢山掛けて、
とても美味しいですよね！
